I might have to order a pair of these for the next flip-flop day at work.
It’s a cool idea, but I seriously doubt I’d get a year out of them. The best made shoes rarely live past 6 months on my feet.
Topless sandals – also called “down unders” – simulate walking barefoot while protecting your feet. Topless sandals stick to the bottom of your feet, but leave no residue on your feet when you take them off. The “stick” is guaranteed for a year, which is the typical life span of a flip flop.

I love wearing these because they let me enjoy the look and feel of going barefoot while protecting the soles of my feet with what feels no different from a few more layers of skin. They bend and flex naturally as I walk so I never even notice that I have them on. I put them on in the morning and it is just like spending the whole day barefoot, but without any wories about burning hot asphalt or barefoot ouchies.
Best of all when I peal them off at night my soles are as soft and pretty as ever.
